Randy J. Elder, CPA, P.C.

Our Process

Randy J. Elder has a process for onboarding clients. We charge for the initial consultation.  As part of the consultation we pull your IRS transcripts and analyze your account.  We also read all of your notices and discuss your current financial situation.  By doing this we can determine the best strategy for your situation.  You’ll receive our analysis and worksheet used including your transcript information.  At this point, if you decided to work with us, we will give you a list of everything that needs to be done before any type of settlement can be negotiated with the IRS. Also, the initial consultation fee will be deducted from the services required to settle your tax problems.
